After years spent in the plumbing and drain industry, Marvel Sewer and Drain Founder Ben Smith grew fascinated with no-dig methods of sewer repair. In 2010, he began to learn all he could about non-invasive repair methods and started his company to serve the particular niche. As he studied the no-dig techniques, he developed an extensive arsenal of tools and methods of sewer and drain repair that preserve property and save you money.

The folks at Marvel did a great job installing a liner for our main sewer line. Process was pain free, except for spending the money of course, lol. But had to be done. Marvels' pricing was fair and lower than many of their competitors. Would recommend to family and friends. Lastly, I appreciated their use of technology in processing the paperwork. You can tell they've invested in their customer service software 😀
They charge $200 to inspect the main drain line when other companies do it free but they were the cheapest of 4 companies to clean the line. They were on time and seemed to do a fine job. Could have cleaned up a bit better but that wasn’t a big deal. Their quote to do a CIPP liner is the cheapest of 4 companies too so I decide to do it, this will be the co. I will use.
Marvel was recommended from my local plumber, and they were great. Super prompt (even texted to see if they could arrive a little early…when does that ever happen?) and thorough.

Employed Marvel to do a camera inspection of my sewer lateral. Jesus, their technician, arrived as scheduled. Hr ran both a camera inspection and a cleaning to remove tree roots. He was very efficient in his work and very informative regarding problems encountered. I will be contacting them again in the near term future to address the issues that Jesus identified.
They took care of my issues no problem, and eased my worries. I highly recommend and will be going with them in the future.

Nick was exceptional. What we thought were standard sink and tub clearings ended up being very complicated. In what was a challenge for him, Nick was calm, explained everything, and worked diligently to ensure that all was clear. I don't need to call Marvel often, but they are fair priced and upstanding to their work whenever I need to.

I have never seen someone work as hard as Nick to do a camera inspection of the main sewer line. The line had root intrusion and several other companies gave up before they saw the whole line. Not Nick. He reduced the size of the camera head, brought in another tool, and threaded the needle until he reached the city sewer. Impressive!

The tech was on time actually a little bit earlier the thoroughness of the work that needed to be done was described to me. The tech needed some more help in within a half hour he had another person assisting him. It appears that all went well.

I needed to get an inspection done and these guys stopped out first thing the next morning. Jesus and Dominique are professional and knowledgeable. When the inspection camera indicated there were roots in the sewer line, they grabbed a different tool and took care of that, and used the camera to make sure that they thoroughly removed the roots.Great work gentlemen, and thank you for your help getting the video sent off so quickly!
Marvel came to my house for inflow & infiltration today required by city of Mounds View for tittle transfers. They found some problems. But they told me they can fixed it. And willing to helps me work with the city of Mounds View. As soon as the City approved fixing permits. Marvel promise to fix my problems . Sofar so good. I'll choosing Marvel as my contractor for sure. THANKS MarvelMarvel Sewer and Drain proved their honesty when they reviewed the video of my underground crack pipe and worked with the city on my behalf to reduce the original cost of over 6k by half. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable employees! Great communication and very respectful of house while doing job. We had great confidence in them! Don't hesitate to hire Marvel for any job small to large. We had them put a new sleeve in our sewer lines out to the main line in street. No mess! They knew what they were doing each step of the way! They did a great job clearing out my kitchen sink. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me notice that they were on their way and when they arrived so I could put my dog away. They worked quickly and efficiently to fix the issue. I have hit total gold while searching for plumbing help in the last 3 weeks. I called Marvel because I was told my drain was deteriorated and they have a 'no dig' type of service which the other company does not provide. Scheduling was easy. Prior to them coming, I received an email with who will show up at my house. Nick and another guy came out. They were professional, amazingly friendly, extremely knowledgeable and total dog dads. I noticed they also used slip covers on their shoes which is cool. My house is tore up, so I don't care but if I had a nicer home, this would be an added benefit and appreciated. They actually went through with the camera to both my drains because they didn't see any deterioration and came up with different scenarios as to what they think the other company saw. Just an FYI/heads up for anyone that may be in the same situation- the 'no dig' service is only applicable to main sewer line, not the tinier drains running through your house. I do need more work done in the near future. I was provided with excellent service from this company and a previous company. It's going to be a hard decision as to who to call because both were A+! But these guys were super dog friendly and my girls and I really appreciated that.
