No-Dig Trenchless Sewer Repair

Capture-1

When you have outdoor sewer problems, it can be a mess. Most cities require the homeowner to take care of any sewer problems between the street and the house, and this typically means your yard is torn up, your lawn is ruined, and you have a big mess to clean up. With trenchless, no-dig repair services, that’s a thing of the past.

What Do You Mean, No Digging?

It seems impossible to believe. But when we say no digging, that is what we mean. Our trenchless, no-dig technology lets us find the problem and repair it without tearing up your lawn with a deep trench running the length of the pipes.  Instead, your pipes are inspected and repaired using a camera and a process called sewer lining, also known as pipe rehabilitation, along with PipePatch® technology.

How Does Sewer Lining Work?

Sewer lining is known as a pipe within a pipe or pipe rehab. Basically, we create a brand new pipe inside the damaged one, which means we don’t have to dig up the old pipe. With a special camera, we can see exactly where the problem is located. Our cameras can see even the tiniest cracks in your sewer pipe. We can also tell what your pipes are made from, which is especially important in homes built before the 1960s.

If we discover a problem, we use a process known as The Cured-in-Place (CIPP) technology which creates a new pipe made from epoxy right inside the old pipe, which means no digging. For sectional problems, we use PipePatch®, with a blown-in liner cured with hot water. These processes create strong, long-lasting repairs with no trenching in your yard. Even better, our PipePatch® repair is guaranteed for 50 years, so you can rest easy with Marvel Sewer and Drain on the job.
